Saw your building, got curious, noticed a lot of distinct qualities that makes you stand out.  Organized office, clean waiting room (large).  Didn't have to wait at counter upon visit-- someone was being waited on and John came out to counter.  Liked the framed article and signs of community involvement, also most impressed that upon picking up vehicle, Ryan (I believe) was taking care of paperwork (and doing a very good job) but also Ben stayed to make sure I understood order of importance of future work needed. I like how he handled himself in a non-aggressive manner, that is not minimizing nor over-powering Ryan's actions.  In other words I could see he genuinely cared about his work and how the business is represented and also at the same time being respectful of co-employees.     --priceless--
