About Armstead Automotive
Armstead Automotive was established in 1986 and is an Independent Family-Owned Facility serving the public for over 30 years. Armstead Automotive strives to transcend the expectations of its customers for prompt, professional auto repair. All of the employees at Armstead's pledge to promote and uphold the standards and practices for the professional automotive technician as set forth by ASE.
In 1986 John Armstead opened his own automotive repair facility in down-town Holly, naming it Armstead's Automotive Repair and Services. Armstead’s also provided auto repair to the neighboring towns of Grand Blanc, Fenton, and Flint. For the first year or two, John worked on his own. He had other helpers, but he was the main mechanic in the late 1980's.
In 1992, John moved his business to its current location on Fish Lake Road. Now having five bays John was able to hire in more technicians, giving him time to complete extensive renovations to the building.
In the early 90's John added a Police impound lot, serving northern Oakland County. He also introduced his 24 hour towing services at this time.
In 2003 the building doubled in size. The new addition added four more bays, one of which is a heavy truck bay.
Armstead Automotive was a aaa Approved Repair Shop since 2010.
At Armstead Automotive we care about our customers that's why we put our customers satisfaction at the top of our list!
