The owner of Armstead Automotive possesses several certifications, including being an ASE-Certified Master technician for auto, truck, and diesels. If it has wheels, John can probably fix it! The first car he ever owned was a Ford F150. Even though he has worked at Armstead Automotive for 33 years, no day is the same, as each day presents something new, and he genuinely enjoys working with the rest of his team. Married to Belinda Armstead, he has four beautiful children and six lovely grandchildren.
Ever since Christina could answer the phone and say “Armstead's,” she has been working at Armstead Automotive with the rest of her family, which is one of her favorite parts about working at this auto repair shop. Now with a Criminal Law Associates degree and battery certification under her belt, she works as the marketing and distribution manager at Armstead Automotive. Her first car was a black ‘88 Chevy Pickup with an Indian blanket as a seat cover. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her family, playing in the mud, snowboarding, camping, beaching, and “smore-in.”
Jessica is the office manager at Armstead Automotive Repair, and she has a Bachelors in Business Management, along with several certifications in Quickbooks. As John and Belinda’s daughter, she truly cherishes the time she spends with her family at work. Her first car was a beautiful blue ‘89 long box Chevrolet. She had the loudest truck in the parking lot! Her favorite hobbies are snowboarding, riding, and four wheelers. Overall, she loves spending time with her amazing children and a golden retriever named Diamond.
ASE Master Technician
Benjamin Armstead is an ASE-Certified Master and ASE service advisor, and he has been working here since 2005. When he was 10 years old, he was caught pulling tires off his first car! His first car was a 1500 Chevrolet Cheyenne, and his favorite part about working at Armstead Automotive Repair in Holly is the time he spends with his family. As a competitive bodybuilder, he is preparing for his next national competition in 2020.
ASE Master Technician
Jonny is an ASE-Certified Master Technician with L1 and L2 certifications. His first car was a 1989 Chevrolet 1500. He enjoys working with the team at Armstead Automotive Repair. During his free time, you can still find John tuning cars, snowboarding, dirt biking, running, and spending time with his beautiful wife, Liz, and son, Bentley.
Ian works as a technician at Armstead Automotive Repair and has ASE Certifications in brakes and shocks and struts, along with holding an Associates degree in Automotive Applied Science, and BG certifications. He loves the family vibe and how close our shop is to his home. He lives with his mother and little brother with many pets, including German Shepherds and French Bulldogs. He grew up outdoors, riding his bike and catching wildlife.
Working as a service advisor at Armstead Automotive Repair, Jon has many several certifications from Firestone, Bridgestone, BG, and HVAC. His favorite part of working at Armstead Automotive Repair is the family environment and how continuing education is always available.
ASE Certified Technician
Steve has been working at Armstead Automotive Repair for 14 years as the shop foreman and boasts several ASE- certifications in different areas, including brake front end, engine performance, heating and cooling, and diesel engine repair. The family atmosphere at our auto repair shop is one of his favorite parts about working here. But when he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, hunting, fishing, and off-roading.
Jared Devon Woolwine
Jared works as a service advisor at Armstead Automotive Repair and has several certifications in ASE, BG, and Bridgestone. His first car was a 1988 Firebird Formula, and he loves the family-oriented atmosphere, the organization and clean facility, and top-of-the-line equipment. Jared plays softball and golf, and enjoys hunting. With his finance, Mariah, they own two dogs, Tuck and Bentley.
Kyle is a general service technician, and his first car was a 1988 Jeep Cherokee. Because Armstead Automotive Repair has the latest and greatest in tools and technology and the rest of his team is easy-going, he genuinely enjoys coming to work each day.
Kyle works as a technician at Armstead Automotive Repair and is going on his third year at our shop. He is ASE-Certified in brakes and suspension, and he is state-certified in brakes, suspension, and performance. He says everyone treats him like family, and his first car was a 1989 Chevrolet Malibu. During his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his friends and girlfriend around a campfire or at a renaissance festival. He has two dogs: Otto, a chocolate lab, and Pepper, an Australian Shepherd and Blue Heeler mix, and a cat aptly named Kitty.
Working as a technician, with ASE-certifications in chassis and suspension, at Armstead Automotive for one and a half years now, he has enjoyed every minute of it, mainly because he gets to work on a variety of different cars. His first cars were a 1971 Nova and a 1957 Porsche 356 Kit Car. Nick owns an adorable Siberian Husky.
