Great service. The day I needed the van back I also came down with a terrible sickness. Armstead sent someone out to come get me so I could still get my van. The guy who came and picked me up was friendly and understanding the that I wasn’t feeling good at all. Armstead has exceeded my expectations in service and kindness.

Great people to do business with. Will be having them do my repairs in the next few weeks.

Armstead's employees took the car for a test drive, noted my concerns, and fixed the issues promptly. I broke my windshield wipers by attempting to use them to remove a bit of ice. Stupid move. But calling Armstead before the next storm started and asking if they could replace the wipers later that day was a good move. The tech gave me a choice in two grades of wipers. I went with the cheapest because we tend to stay home in bad weather. I didn't get through the front third of a magazine before the job was finished.

I could not start my car, would not even turnover. I called and talked to ben while I was at work and they picked up my car and took care of it the same day.
