We have had a lot of trouble with vehicles lately. 8 tows in all in less then 3 months, we've gotten Armstead 4 of those times! I wouldn't call anyone else. Kyle, Jon and Jared are all awesome. They are friendly and funny and alway ready to help even if it's not exactly what you called for. I would send anyone to them!!!! They are great!!!

After my car died on the side of the highway, Jon Egerton showed up to tow my car. My car would not go into neutral so he had to slide it on and off the wrecker. When sliding my car off, he deserved a standing ovation once it was back on the street. Such great service! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my baby! Armstead Automotive is the best in the area. I have an out of state insurance provider who recently found me a different tow company in an emergency situation that told me I'd have to wait over two hours. I called the insurance company back and explained the situation and they switched the tow company to Armstead. ARMSTEAD SHOWED UP TO TOW ME IN 20 MINUTES FLAT AFTER THAT CALL. Jon E., who provided the tow, was kind, professional, quick, and able to get my large unstartable vehicle out of a very awkward parking place in no time flat and get me to my service location immediately. He even let me ride with him and the vehicle and provided pleasant conversation throughout the ride. Armstead is the ONLY place in the area I would recommend. Thanks, Armstead and Jon!
