I have taken my truck here a few times and am always welcomed when I enter the door. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff right out of the gate. They get my truck looked at when they say and also do a great job at sending text of items needing repaired via text which is very convenient. It then gives you the option of what you would like to fix. Overall very satisfied with the crew at Armstead Automotive.

My transmission was acting up and I was reluctant on taking my truck to just anyone. You never know if you're going to get an honest assessment. They kept my truck overnight and gave it a thorough exam and flushed the fluid and it was back to 💯 Thanks for your honesty and fair prices.

Outstanding in every way.

The service I would grade. Would be outstanding. The Front desk person, I couldn't think could be any better. I was waiting in the waiting room. I was able to see him interact with different customers and their personality's. I was very impressed with him and the manager. The service staff themselves were very professional. I'm soon to be 68 with years of public management. This was by far the best experience a person could wish for.

Honest & care about time management. Try their best to accommodate you especially if you have an extra cost you were not expecting.
