Straightforward and honest repair shop. They will do all of your regular maintenance, and then go through your whole car and will let you know if anything else is concerning without being pushy. They give you a quote and you can schedule anytime. They take care of my newer diesel truck that they have also done some aftermarket work on, and keep our 13 year old Nissan running like new. Won’t go anywhere else.

This was my first visit to Armstead for service on my Toyota Highlander. Once completed, my car ran like new.

On a Friday night, our daughter had an accident almost two hours away from home and her car was not drivable. Fortunately, she was close to Armstead in Holly and was able to get the car there. Monday morning we were able to get in touch with Christina, who informed us they were already assessing the damage and would have an estimate for us shortly. Suffice it to say, we were able to take care of everything by phone with Armstead keeping us informed every step of the way. We were not able to get there during regular business hours to pick up the car but when we showed up, Ben just happened to be there. I was able to speak with him and was impressed that he knew the story of our car and wanted to be sure we were happy with the repair. It was an odd way to do business, but the staff at Armstead were wonderful to work with and we certainly appreciate them going the extra mile to help us. I highly recommend them!
