Excellent service. Original issues took a few weeks to get taken care of but that was because of parts availability. Older diesel truck. Kept me informed. Great warranty service. I travel for a living. Truck is necessity of life. Then on my way to leave town got an engine light, one of the new sensors was defective. Went in and they got it replaced under warranty in a couple of hours. Super appreciate all their help. Have already put several hundred miles in and everything is running great.

My 2nd time having a vehicle serviced with Armstead. They were able to fit me in on the same day and even gave me a discount on a coupon that i didn't know existed.

I was impressed with the courteous and knowledgeable lady on the phone that helped me with my car. She answered all my questions and got me right and for an oil change. They got me right in for an oil change and answered questions about my concerns.

Super helpful and fast service. We had to have our timing chains replaced on our 2013 Ecoboost Ford F150. They ordered all parts ahead of time and promptly did the repairs. Truck runs great now.

Eric, I never met A man so dedicated to taking care of his clients and what you did for my daughter and my self is priceless If you ever ever have car trouble please go to Armstead, John the service manager knows his job and so does eric. My warranty company (Car Sheild) sucks if you have them switch but at the end of the day my daughters jeep cherokee is fixed with minimal payment out of my pocket! You guys rock thanks again! Dawn
