Great service all around! Super communicative and friendly staff and knowledgeable and thorough mechanics. Refreshing that they actually go through the entire vehicle and show you what is actually going on. They send detailed reports even with all of the codes, and send recommendations without being pushy sales people. They keep the recommendations and allow you to plan your services and maintenance accordingly to your schedule and budget. Will be taking all of my vehicles here for the foreseeable future.
We have been bringing my our vehicles to Armstead for many years. They are reliable and advise of issues that need to be resolved immediately and also suggest other issues that need attention in the near future. They don’t push or pressure. I really like the electronic quote system, being able to view all the notes, suggestions and ability to approve or decline suggested fixes. They completed the recent job in a timely fashion.
