Very well organized shop with professional, friendly people.

I took my moms car in to have it inspected before she went out of town for a road trip. They went above and beyond checking everything to make sure she would be safe. Even checked the license plate light. They did find a few things that they recommend being done before she left and also gave us a heads up on a few things to watch that didnt need to be done right away but could in a the future. Jon was amazing and communicate very well with me during the whole repair process. And I believe they where very far on there prices for parts and labor. Being a women sometimes you feel places can take advantage of you specially if you dont really know car's. I never felt this way dealing with them. I will definitely be back for any of my cars future needs. And would highly recommend to anyone!

Awesome service experience every time

Needed a new set of tires, they were able to provide a quote for several different options and price ranges. Got me scheduled right away and the job done timely. Everyone was helpful and courteous, would definitely recommend!

Everything went great everyone was courteous they were efficient and add my oil change done very quickly took my truck on a trip the next day five 500 miles no problem.

I was told by a reputable company in Grand Blanc that I needed some major expensive repairs done on my car. A friend told me that perhaps I should have a second opinion from Armstead. So I made a diagnostic appointment there. They found that I did need some repairs but nothing so extensive as I was told at the other place. They repaired the problems in a timely manner and at a much lower cost. The people were so nice to work with and so professional. I would never go anyplace else. I'm an Armstead fan forever!!!!!
