My 16 y/o son rolled his car, totaling it (my son had no injuries, his buddy a small cut). Greg M came out, dealt with me, my son, the paramedics and the officer...answering questions from all of us. Very polite, professional and quite simply, a nice guy. He seemed genuinely concerned for my son and his buddy, grateful that they were ok. He cared. Thank you Greg. You're awesome! Edited to add the following: I just called, 3 weeks later to get a receipt for towing for the insurance company. I spoke with Jasmine, who was very polite, and professional. Thank you Jasmine for your help and sending it over so quickly! You're amazing! While I know some of the guys in the "mechanic" portion of Armsteads, I've been fortunate to not need the towing aspect of their business until this incident. Everyone I have ever dealt with there has been awesome! If I ever need to again, I will be calling Armsteads, you guys are focused on the customer, I appreciate that. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would!! Thank you again!!
