My recent experience at Armstead Auto was favorable. Attention was given to my time. I didn't have to wait long. The work was done well. I had the opportunity to meet the owner, Ben, and do business with the manager in Saginaws store, Steve. They were fair in their work and I would return bc of that.

I was moving out of state and had a trailer hitch reciever that could not be removed. Called many places to get it remove. All of them said, they were to busy. None of them could make it happen, even if I would pay them more for their service. Called Armstead Automotive explained my situation and they said bring it in now. Took it there and in 25 minutes I was back on the road. When I got the bill, I was astonished that it was so low. Thank you Armstead Automotive for your great customer service and willingness to make adjustment in your schedule to help a customer in immediate need.
