Keeping Bodies and Engines Fit

Our manager, Ben Armstead, keeps himself in top shape!  To keep your vehicle performing in top shape, you need regular oil changes — but no need to overdo it!  Most later-model vehicles today can go longer without an oil change than the old 3,000-mile recommended intervals. And by the way, did you know that the detergent additives in engine oils can make the oil look dark and dirty?  This is because they’re doing their job breaking up engine pollution and holding grime and sludge in suspension within the oil—and keeping it flowing, instead of accumulating and mucking up your engine!
