Jack worked really hard under difficult space conditions and blazing heat to get my suburban up on the deck. He took a lot of time and care to protect the vehicle as it was loaded and unloaded. He also drove us to the Tuffy and gave us a ride home. My 9 year old son and I were very grateful that Jack got us off the road and home safely. I highly recommend Armstead Automotive. Excellent service. The young man Jack who showed up was more than prepared and very pleasant. He put me at ease Right away. It was a difficult situation as the front wheel was completely unusable. Both ball joints were shot and the axle was ruined. He was able to get it on the truck with no additional damage because of his attention and consideration and expertise. I was impressed. He delivered the vehicle In a very timely fashion. I was in good hands my truck is now fixed And thank you for sending me Jack.
