I called Armstead Automotive for a tow when I found out I had a flat tire and my vehicle would not start. Jon Egerton called and advised me that he would be showing up 25 minutes ahead of the ETA that my insurance roadside assistance had told me. Highly recommend Armstead Automotive for any towing needs. Jon Egerton was extremely fast and courteous. He made our bad day better by how quickly he was able to be onsite to tow our vehicle to the dealership before they closed so we were able to obtain a rental to get home!

Car broke down at a rest area. Company sent a driver by the name of Jon Egerton out to pick me up. Helpful, friendly, and above all quick. Couldn't hope for better service. Definitely calling these guys if I ever need help again.
