Great service quality work. Item repaired was under warranty no cost. Thanks Armstead for not trying to sell me something that was not needed.

It was the first time I've ever been there and took my Jeep there for a front end alignment and when they called to tell me it was all set I had them look it all over and they did not try selling me all kinds of things said only found two minor repairs and no big rush on the repairs. Ben and matt that I sealed with was very professional and nice to do business with thank you!!!

On our way there to get stuff out of my dads vehicle that was involved in a wreck my exhaust broke. They were able to get my car right in and fix it at a reasonable price. Everyone there were so nice and understanding. I definitely will be making the trip from Flint again for any of my repair needs.

After 3 failed attempts by another local shop to fix my rear brakes, I took it to Armstead. I'd never been there before, but will surely be going back. Jon and Matt dealt kindly with my obvious and vocal frustration over the thrice-botched job done by the other shop and their techs inspected and assessed the issue quickly and accurately. The brake job from Armstead was done right the first time, including a needed repair to my emergency brake that had been missed by the first shop. In this winter climate, brakes that work right and don't stick or pull to one side are essential to safe driving. I'm glad I found this place and will most certainly return for any future automotive needs.
