Love them! I will be using them from now on and will be recommending them to friends and family. I had been waiting all day on another tow company who never showed, so my insurance called Armstead and they sent Jared to my rescue! They said 45 minutes was my wait time on the phone however Jared showed up like 25 minutes early (yay)! He was very professional, helpful, and definitely loves his job. He helped turn a bad day into a good one. I highly recommend them!

Armstead is on my short list of mechanics I trust to keep my elderly mom's old sedan running. When it was time for its second scheduled timing belt replacement, I submitted requests for cost and appointment information to three local repair shops. Only Armstead responded by the end of the first business day after my submission. I had priced the online cost of the required parts so when the service writer called me back, I knew his price was in the ballpark. A coupon sweetened the deal. So the car now has a new timing belt, water pump, and oil change. I never did hear back from the service department of a dealership in a nearby town and the owner of the third shop called on the fourth day, after mom's car was done, with a similar estimate. I just wish there was money in the budget to fix the little nuisance problems that appear by the time a car is fifteen years old.

Always great service! Nice to be called by name and recognized every time I walk-in. Always up front and ask and recommend 2hat needs to be done with out any pressure ever! It's great.

Friendly, fast, trustworthy, and reasonable prices! I even got a little gift bag for being a first time customer. Will definitely be going back. Very pleased.

John at the counter is great to work with. I had no way to get there to pick up my vehicle so he came and got me. I used to have my vehicles serviced at the dealership, no need to anymore. You guys have my trust and going forward, loyalty. Thanks much.
