Once again Armstead"s Automotive Repair has exceeded expectations!! Thank you Matt, John, Ben, Steve & Johnny for keeping my 95 Toyota truck on the road for me!! Armstead's has been maintaining this vehicle for approximately 15 yrs. In that time it has never failed me. The clutch was just replaced at 212,000 miles and works like new. About 10 yrs ago I thought the engine was done for but I was able to get it in chugging and spitting. To my surprise it needed a tune up only and is still going strong! I purchased my battery around 11 yrs ago buying the best one you had, its life expectancy expired about 4 or 5 yrs ago and when you check it for me you tell me it is still charging good, no need to replace it yet. Also, I love the tires I purchased last year and plan on replacing them with you when needed. Your team is the best!!! Oops, I almost forgot the tow truck driver. He went out of his way to make sure he didn't do more damage to my wheel when he loaded my truck on the tow truck. He placed a piece of wood under my wheel. I could tell he knew what he was doing and was doing his best not to damage my wheel. Freda

As usual Armsteads did an excellent job of repairing the vehicle the first time. They identified some other issues, but did not repair anything that did not need to be or pressure me to repair anything I did not want done now. I highly recommend Armsteads.

I had gotten into an accident and needed the car towed. I called AAA and they sent out Armstead. They quoted 45 minutes, but Kyle arrived in 15. He was not only quick but very friendly. It was late in the evening and he didn't want me to have to wait for my ride alone, he spoke to the police officer who gave me a ride home. It made a terrible experience much better.

Very happy on tow today. Driver was great. Five stars to this company from how fast they got me to where I had to go.

Armstead's is our go to shop for repairs and inspections. The staff is very polite and does not talk down to you if you're not knowledgeable. They have consistently demonstrated themselves to be honest and trustworthy. They don't mislead you into spending money you don't need to be spending. When (rarely) a repair fails under warranty, they own up to it and repair it. The pricing is competitive. Occasionally it's a little high, but the confidence of knowing they aren't ripping you off is more than worth it. You can't go wrong with Armstead's.
